For this tutorial you will need:

Rachel Designs Mask 754 HERE

Drop shadow used throughout V 0, H -4, opacity 40, blur 10

Open a transparent canvas 700 x 700. Flood fill with white.

Copy & Paste (C&P) Paper 6 onto the canvas 

Open the mask in PSP, go to layers, New mask layer, From image, Select the mask in the dropdown menu & apply, right click this layer, merge, merge all.

C&P Element 16 (E16) as a new layer, duplicate arrange as shown below

C&P E32 as a new layer, arrange on the right above the sand add a Drop Shadow (DS)

C&P E9 as a new layer, Resize by 85%, arrange in front of the rocks, add a DS

C&P E38 as a new layer, Resize by 70%, left of the life ring, add a DS

C&P E17 as a new layer, Resize by 70%, arrange at the bottom of the light house

C&P E11 as a new layer, Resize by 40%, arrange in front of the grass, add a DS

C&P E22 as a new layer, Resize by 65%, arrange on the left side of the life ring

C&P your tube of choice as a new layer, resize and arrange to your liking, duplicate the tube layer, on the duplicate layer add a gaussian glow set to 2, change the blend mode to soft light, add a DS to the original tube layer

C&P E25 as a new layer, Resize by 70%, arrange in front of the tube, add a DS.

C&P E25 as a new layer, Resize by 70%, arrange in front of the tube, add a DS.

C&P E40 as a new layer, Resize by 20%, arrange in in the sand, add a DS.

Delete the white background layer if saving in PNG format

Drop shadow (DS) used throughout Vertical 0, Horizontal 3, Opacity 35, Blur 12 

Let's get started
Open new canvas 800 x 800 flood fill with white

Add a new raster layer, selections, select all, open Paper 7 Copy & Paste (C&P) into selection, de select, right click on this layer, merge, merge group.

Open E28 C&P as a new layer, move down & slightly right.

Open E64 C&P as a new layer, resize by 65% duplicate this layer 2 times (Total 3 sands) arrange as shown in the screen shot below, merge down 2 times.

Open E34 C&P as a new layer, resize by 60%, arrange on the right in the white space, add a DS.

Open E66 C&P as a new layer, resize by 60%, arrange Slightly right of the middle Your canvas should now look something like this

Open E34 C&P as a new layer, resize by 60%, arrange on the bottom right of the sand, add a DS

Open E68 C&P as a new layer, resize by 75%, arrange on the left, add a DS.

Open E21 C&P as a new layer, resize by 40%, mirror, arrange on the left in the front of the lighthouse.

C&P your tube of choice, resize and arrange to your liking. add a DS

Open E70 C&P as a new layer, resize by 25%, arrange on the left next to your tube, add a DS.

Open E35&48 C&P as a new layer, resize by 10%, arrange on the sand, add a DS.

Open E14 C&P as a new layer, resize by 25%, arrange in the sky, add a DS.

Lori's Mask 663 Here

Drop Shadow Used Throughout V 0, H -5, opacity 35, blur 8.

Open a blank canvas 750 x 750, flood fill with white, selections, select all

Open paper 1 Copy & Paste (C&P) into selection, de select, apply Lori's Mask 663, merge, merge group, duplicate this layer, layers Mirror, it should look like the screen shot below.

Be careful to ensure none of the mask layer is out side the canvas edges.

Open Frame 2, C&P as a new layer, resize by 75%, activate the magic wand, click in the centre of the frame, selections, expand by 3, add a new raster layer, open paper 10, C&P into selection, de select, add a Drop Shadow (DS)

Open Element (E) 35, C&P as a new layer, resize by 50%, arrange on the right, add a drop shadow, duplicate, mirror arrange on the left.

Open E33 C&P as a new layer, resize by 65%, image, free rotate 8 degree right, arrange at the top of the frame, add a DS.

Open E38 C&P as a new layer, resize by 30%, add a DS, arrange on the left of the frame.

Open E29 C&P as a new layer, resize by 30%, add a DS, arrange on the floor in front of the frame.

Open E54 C&P as a new layer, resize by 35%, add a DS, arrange on the left corner of the frame.

Open E55 C&P as a new layer, resize by 35%, add a DS, arrange on the right of the frame.

Open E7 C&P as a new layer, resize by 10%, add a DS, arrange to your liking.

Open E6 C&P as a new layer, resize by 30%, Add a DS, arrange on the left of the frame.

Open E11 C&P as a new layer, resize by 10%, add a DS, arrange on the left as if it has landed on the lamp.

C&P your tube as a new layer, resize & arrange to your liking.

Hide the white bg layer, 

Open E38 C&P as a new layer, resize by 30%, add a DS, arrange on the left of the frame.

Dark Magic

Drop shadow (DS) used throughout V -4, H4, opacity 35, blur 12 

Open a new canvas 750 x 750, flood fill with white.

Add a new raster layer, select all, open paper 3 copy & paste (C&P from here) into selection, deselect.

Open the mask in Paint Shop then go to layer, new mask layer, from image, select Suz bcamask2 from the drop down menu and apply, duplicate this layer then resize the duplicate layer by 95%.

Open element 28 C&P as a new layer, resize by 25%.

Add muRa's Meister Copies change Number to 12,  Shift X to 60 Shift Y to 76and apply, add a DS .

Open Element 33, C&P as a new layer, resize by 35%, free rotate by 45 degrees right arrange top right see my tag for reference, add a DS.

Open element 27, C&P as a new layer, resize by 10%.

Add muRa's Meister Copies change Number to 21,  Shift X to 55 Shift Y to 70, apply, add a DS .

Repeat the above step with Element 64. 

Repeat again with Element 66 but change the Shift X 50 to & Shift Y to 67.

Open Element 13 C&P as a new layer, resize by 35% repeat the copies plugin settings but change the number to 24.

Open Frame 4, resize by 60% add a DS

C&P your tube of choice, resize and arrange as desired, Add a DS 

Optional: With my tube I duplicate, on the duplicate layer I adjust the blur, Gaussian blur by 2 then add xero radiance with the following settings 

Change the blend mode of this layer to Soft light, 

Open Element 17, resize by 50% and arrange so it is behind your tube layer.

C&P Element 26 as a new layer, resize by 20%, arrange on the bottom left, add a DS.

C&P Element 45 as a new layer, resize by 30%, arrange on the bottom centre, add a DS.

C&P Element 19 as a new layer, arrange on the bottom right,

Optional: add a gradient Glow, Glow width 10, color, thin #c8b4cd

C&P Element 62 as a new layer, resize by 15%, arrange next to the globe, add a DS, duplicate this layer, mirror and arrange at the bottom of the spell book.

C&P Element 18 as a new layer, resize by 17%, arrange near the flower & spell book, add a DS.

C&P Element 15 as a new layer, resize by 17%, arrange in front of the crystals, add a DS.

C&P Element 64 as a new layer, resize by 20%, arrange in front of the candle stick, add a DS, duplicate this layer, mirror, arrange by the crystals

C&P Element 9 as a new layer, Resize by 20%, arrange on the right, add a DS

C&P Element 59 as a new layer, resize by 13%, arrange on the right, add a DS.

C&P Element 60 as a new layer, resize by 15%, arrange on the in front of the bottle, add a DS.

C&P Element 61 as a new layer, resize by 50%, arrange on the bottom right, add a DS.

C&P Element 3 as a new layer, resize by 25%, arrange on the bottom left, add a DS.
